These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CareCompass website and online course (the "Course"). CareCompass is an educational brand operated by DREAMPORT TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED ("DREAMPORT", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the website or enrolling in the Course, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Course

CareCompass provides a self-paced online educational course that teaches learners how to build "care tour plans" — how to map visits, providers, logistics and budget for a care recipient. The Course consists of lessons, templates and checklists delivered digitally. It is educational and informational in nature.

2. Educational purpose & no guarantee

The Course is provided for general educational purposes. We do not guarantee any particular result or outcome from taking the Course. You are responsible for how you apply what you learn.

3. Not medical advice

CareCompass is not a healthcare provider. The Course does not provide medical, clinical, diagnostic or emergency services and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical decision. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

4. Payments

Course fees are displayed on the website and charged at enrollment. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your full card details. By paying, you authorize the charge for the Course.

5. License & intellectual property

On enrollment we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to access the Course for your own learning. All lessons, templates and materials remain the property of DREAMPORT TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED. You may not copy, share, resell or redistribute the Course materials.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DREAMPORT is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Course. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Course.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
