Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to enrollments in the CareCompass online course, operated by DREAMPORT TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED.

1. 7-day refund

If the Course doesn't meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment, provided you have completed less than 25% of the Course content. This reflects the nature of digital educational content, which is accessible immediately on purchase.

2. After substantial access

Once you have completed 25% or more of the Course, or after the 7-day window has passed, the enrollment fee is non-refundable.

3. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

4. How to request a refund

Email us from the Contact page with your enrollment reference and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
