CareCompass, operated by DREAMPORT TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED, is a digital educational product. No physical goods are shipped.

1. How you access the Course

After successful payment, you receive access to the online course — delivered to your registered email address and/or your CareCompass account, including downloadable templates and checklists.

2. Access timeline

Access is granted immediately to within 1 business day of a completed enrollment. If access has not arrived within this window, contact us via the Contact page and we will resolve it promptly.

3. Lifetime access

Once enrolled, you have lifetime access to the Course content and any future updates, subject to these terms.

4. No physical shipping

As all materials are digital, there are no shipping charges, couriers or physical delivery addresses involved.
